New Reporting for Residential Transactions
Click here to read the article about new reporting the Treasury now requires for certain real estate residential transactions. As such, TREC has proposed language to the promulgated contracts. New language in 20.B requires parties to provide information needed by the escrow agent to file any required government reports and makes the associated costs of filing a buyer responsibility.
