Another Free Tool for Community Engagement
Primary elections shape the future of our business, our communities, and property rights—but turnout is always so low!
Download (and co-brand) free materials from our friends at March Matters to underscore the importance of voting in primary elections. Just register to unlock the toolkit and join the team.
Simple. Free. Core Standards friendly – and since there’s no “Vote For” messaging, your property tax exemption is safe!

Texas AEI Dinner
We’re working with local restaurants in Minneapolis to secure a Texas dinner during AEI. While it is not a firm commitment, we’d like to get an estimated headcount to help finalize the best location. If you could, please email Denise O’Brien with the number of attendees projected to attend from your association by Wednesday, February 25.
M1 User Group Meeting
Texas REALTORS® has aa M1 User group meeting on February 26 from 2pm – 4:30pm. Click here for the Zoom link and here for the materials.
MarketViewer Updates
MarketViewer now features an updated design optimization for a more user-friendly mobile experience. Information is organized into clearly defined sections, allowing more content to be displayed while remaining easy to navigate. Color-coded year-over-year indicators highlight increases and decreases, making data trends quick to interpret at a glance. In addition, a one-page condensed downloadable version is available, providing a polished, professional format that is easy to save and share.
