Committee Documents Posted
The Association Executives Committee meeting agenda and minutes are posted in your member portal. Please be sure to access those documents before the February 8 meeting as we will not have printed copies available onsite.
Director Positions
Please report any changes in your Directors by Thursday, February 5 to Cara Cate. Any changes after that must be sent to Lori Levy by the local board President or AE.
Check-in for Board of Directors Meeting
Picture IDs will be required for Directors checking in at the February 10 Board of Directors meeting. Directors should plan to arrive early for check-in as there will be additional check-in procedures in order to provide Directors with a voting device that will be used during the meeting. Check in will begin at 7am and the Board of Directors meeting will begin at 9am.
Questions for Candidate Forum
Members can submit questions for the 2027 Secretary/Treasurer Candidate Forum scheduled on Monday, February 9, 10:45am – 12:15pm in Texas 1-4 during Winter Meeting. All questions must be submitted to Lori Levy no later than February 8. Questions will not be taken from the floor.
