TREPAC Session for AEs Next Week
TREPAC has added a new session this year to Texas REALTORS® Party and Leadership Summit that specifically caters to AEs and GADs. The session will be on October 22 from 3:20-4:05pm in Kilimanjaro 1 and will cover the following: TREPAC solicitation, grants, Major Investor event best practices, compliance reporting, political advertising, and more—everything you need to carry the flame with confidence from a local board coach perspective. TREC New System Rollout
The Texas Real Estate Commission’s current system will go offline on Tuesday, December 2 at 5pm and the new system will not launch until the following Wednesday, December 10. Please encourage anyone that renews or has any changes (sponsoring broker changes, etc.) to take care of them early before the system goes offline on December 2 to avoid any delays. During the transition period online services will not be available. To help in the communication, media kits will be available for local associations around October 27. North America CIPS Series
Texas REALTORS® is coordinating a statewide fully-remote CIPS training series in early 2026 and inviting local associations with global committees to partner in this initiative. Attendees will also include delegations from CREA (Canada) and AMPI (Mexico).
