Texas Legislative Priorities
Please remind your members to check their Inbox (and Spam folder) for their unique survey link to complete this year’s post-legislative session survey by September 29. Responses will help shape and reinforce legislative priorities in future sessions.
The survey will come from texasrealtors@qemailserver.com and it’s a unique link so they cannot share the survey with others. Responders will be entered to win $100 gift card.
Award Nominations Now Open
The Texas REALTORS® awards are now open for nominations with many closing on November 14. Consider submitting nominations for the following association-nominated awards:
- Education Programs of the Year: recognizes innovating programs in legal, marketing, short or series, and innovative categories that meet members’ needs and increase the quality of professionalism in the industry.
- REALTOR® of the Year: recognizes a REALTOR® who’s made outstanding contributions to the industry at local, state, and national levels.
- Distinguished Service Award: recognizes a REALTOR®’s career service to the real estate industry and their community.
- Texas REALTORS® Diversity & Fair Housing Recognition Award: recognizes local boards who strive to foster a more inclusive and equitable industry.
Your Association’s TREPAC Information
For those wanting to see their association’s TREPAC information, use the following:
- From the portal home page, click “TREPAC” in the left menu to access the TREPAC section.
- The Dashboard tab shows your total contributions (Personal & Corporate), outstanding pledges, and progress toward your quota and goal.
- The History tab displays a five-year performance graph by value, which can be switched to percentage by clicking the Value field.
- The Major Investors tab allows you to sort by contributions, search by year, or search by name.
To access TREPAC reports, visit Reports and select a report, such as Unfulfilled Pledges or Top Investors to help your association finish strong by September 30.
