Lone Wolf (zipForm provider) will soft launch a new transaction management tool called Transact on September 22 with scheduled webinar trainings for members in September (registration links below):

TREPAC Initiatives
Award Nominations – TREPAC is now accepting nominations for the Spirit of TREPAC Award for Texas REALTORS® members and the Heart of TREPAC Award for Texas REALTORS® Affiliates who have exhibited excellence in one or more of the P.A.C. criteria at the local level during the year. All nominations must be received by October 1.
Video Contest – The TREPAC Video Contest is back! Enter yourself and encourage your members to submit an entry by October 3 and one entry will win up to $1,000 as well as get to star in their very own TREPAC commercial! Click here for complete contest rules.

Local Association Updates
Effective September 1, the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® will be known as Coastal Bend Association of REALTORS®.
The proposed name change for the Odessa Board of REALTORS® was approved. Their new name is Petroplex Association of REALTORS® and, while already updated in M1, will begin their public changes in November.
