TRIP Applications Open May 1
Ensure your local real estate market is represented on the 2025 Texas REALTORS® Issues PAC (formerly Issues Mobilization) by encouraging your members with a strong grasp of REALTORS® public policy to apply.
The application process is different than the regular committee application system, so please review the application instructions for more detailed information. Please contact Julia Parenteau with any questions.
Senate Webinars
As a reminder, webinars with Senator Cornyn and Senator Cruz are scheduled for next Monday. Be sure to register and invite your members to attend at your association office if the the registrations exceed the number of allotted webinar attendees. NAR At Large Director Application
As a reminder, the 2025 Texas NAR At Large Candidate Profile applications must be filled out no later than June 3, 2024 in order to verify and confirm eligibility for each individual recommended. Additionally, please note that the candidate must also complete the NAR Director application when it’s available on the NAR site and email a copy of the NAR Expertise Profile to Jazz Lough. June AE Meetings
Registration for the New AE Basic Training, Association Deep Dive, and AE Seminar will open next week. Below are brief descriptions of each event.
- New AE Basic Training (June 24) – an overview of the AE role and how Texas REALTORS® supports the local association staff.
- Association Deep Dive (June 24) – an in-depth value proposition workshop that will identify challenges and develop an effective communication campaign to relay the local REALTOR® association to members and consumers.
- AE Seminar (June 25-26) – yearly professional development opportunity for local association staff that will include keynote speakers Katie Shotts and Shelley Friend as well as other training and collaboration opportunities.
