Housing Deadline on Monday
While registration remains open until October 15, the Texas REALTORS® Party and Leadership Summit Housing deadline is Monday, September 21. Please finalize your housing needs through registration or by this form (if you only know the number and not the names yet) by that date.
IMPAF Update
The deadline for applying for local public advocacy campaigns through IMPAF is November 30, 2026. After the deadline, funding for the local campaigns will no longer be available. The fund was initiated in February 2024 to help increase awareness about the critical role of REALTORS®. Consumer messaging continues to be a priority and media will continue to be placed throughout the state. Creative assets produced by Texas REALTORS® will continue to be made available to local associations who wish to use those local campaigns. Award Nominations Now Open
The Texas REALTORS® awards are now open for nominations with many closing on November 16. Consider submitting nominations for the following association-nominated awards:
- Distinguished Service Award: recognizes a REALTOR®’s career service to the real estate industry and their community.
- Education Programs of the Year: recognizes innovating programs in legal, marketing, short or series, and innovative categories that meet members’ needs and increase the quality of professionalism in the industry.
- REALTOR® of the Year: recognizes a REALTOR® who’s made outstanding contributions to the industry at local, state, and national levels.
- Texas REALTORS® Diversity & Fair Housing Recognition Award: recognizes local boards who strive to foster a more inclusive and equitable industry.
