License Changes and M1
As some of you may know, TREC is updating its license number format and will add a suffix to each license once their blackout period ends and the new system goes live. With very little notice, we’ve been working with M1 to keep everything running smoothly.
For now, continue using only the numeric portion of the license in M1. Those numbers are not changing, and there’s not need to update any records at this time. All services—education, unreported license reports, active/not-paid reports, and others—will continue operating as usual.
Longer term, we’ll work together on a full transition to the new format. Our priority is making sure members and local associations experience no disruption in service. We’ll facilitate a discussion in the future on this. In the meantime, don’t hesitate out with any questions or concerns.
