Attorneys to Present on Agency Law Changes
Please reach out to Lori Levy if your board would like a Texas REALTORS® attorney to present—either in person or via Zoom—on the agency law changes effective January 1. The presentation can cover:
- End of subagency
- Requirements for written buyer agreements
- Non-agency showings
- Forms changes
The attorneys can tailor the session (typically 30-40 minutes and Q&A) to your members and format preferences. Please include a few date/time options and whether you prefer in-person or Zoom.

- Revamped the nomination form to focus on education, outreach, community partnerships, and sustainability, making it easier for boards of all sizes to showcase their efforts.
