October Meetings Housing Deadline
As a reminder, the housing deadline for the Texas REALTORS® Party and Leadership Summit is Tuesday, September 23 (or until the block fills, whichever occurs first). If you haven’t already, click here to register.
A couple of reminders regarding registration:
- Complete this form is you have not held elections to hold rooms for anticipated leadership attending.
- Do not register RVPs, TREPAC Trustees, Political Involvement Committee, Legislative Management Team, Public Policy Oversight Committee, and TRIP Local Issues Committee as they have separate registration links.
- Include yourself as a cc on all registrations and hotel reservations that you submit.
- Make only one housing request per room.
- Contact Sabrina Phelps for the discount code to receive two complimentary Leadership Summit registrations.
Last Call for Leadership Guides
We’re about to place the order for printed Leadership Guides to distribute at Leadership Summit. Please submit this short form by Friday, September 19 if you would like to request additional copies for your association. Contact Madeline Nieto with any questions.
Texas REALTOR® Directors Due October 1
As a reminder, all Texas REALTOR Director names are due to Denise O’Brien by October 1. Please use the allocations sent to you in July with the email subject line “2026 TR Director Allocations”. Contact Denise with any questions or if you need her to resend the allocation email.
TREPAC Deadlines
Below are important reminders of upcoming TREPAC deadlines.
- The 2025 fundraising year ends September 30! Reach out to the TREPAC team for last-minute, turnkey initiatives you can implement between now and September 30 to finish the year strong!
- TREPAC is accepting nominees through October 1 for the Spirit of TREPAC Award for members and the Heart of TREPAC Award for affiliates.
- Encourage your members to turn in their TREPAC commercials by October 3 for a chance to win up to $1,000! View complete contest rules here.
