Civil Investigative Demands
A few more local associations in Texas have received Civil Investigative Demands from the Department of Justice this week pertaining to NAR’s commingling rules. As a reminder, if you receive a CID on this or another issue, you will need to notify CHUBB and NAR. Bylaws Update for Local Associations
Local association bylaws must include the new language in Code of Ethics and Professional Standards and Training, which was amended to reflect the new Fair Housing training requirement.
