Free Education on Sustainability
Texas REALTORS® received an NAR grant to offer three CE classes on water, solar, and appraising energy-efficient homes via Zoom on October 7-9. Please contact Gregory Lang at glang@texasrealtors.com for more information and to offer these free classes to your members.
August 17 Deadline for Settlement
The August 17th deadline for MLSs to update rules in compliance with the NAR Settlement is this weekend. Be sure your members know about this guide regarding the updated Texas REALTORS® forms and the other resources at texasrealestate.com/lawsuit.
