NAR Lawsuits Update
Register now to attend the Zoom webinar on December 19 from 10am to 12pm where Texas REALTORS® staff will provide an update regarding the NAR antitrust lawsuits and provide additional information about the steps Texas REALTORS® is taking as well as identifying resources your association can use. This webinar will be limited to local association leaders and AEs.
Leadership Training Webinar
Register for you and your association leadership to attend the training on November 29 from 9am to 3pm. Bob Harris will start us off with leadership roles and principles, fiduciary duties, and meeting basics. Texas REALTORS® staff will then provide information on TREPAAC, member benefits and communication strategies, diversity, legal updates, and antitrust.
This training will satisfy requirement 60 of Core Standards. Register now.

Reimbursement Process for October Meetings
As a reminder, the deadline for all reimbursement requests from last week’s Texas REALTOR® Party and Leadership Summit is Monday, November 12, 2023. Please click here for details regarding the reimbursement policy or reach out to TREPAC or Governmental Affairs with any questions.
PAC Friday Online Auctions
The first statewide TREPAC event this year is an online auction on Friday, November 17. The auction will open at 10am and close at 5pm. The winner of each item and their primary association who donated the item will be given credit. TREPAC will ship items to the highest bidder after the auction is over.
TREPAC is working on a comprehensive list of all planned statewide fundraisers and will add all planned events to the trepac.com/events page. Please reach out to TREPAC with any questions.
